The company’s service department exists for more than 10 years, since the foundation of the company.

Engineers of the service department have extensive experience in equipment maintenance for pharmaceuticals production. They constantly upgrade their knowledge and get the technical experience training at the leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical equipment, such as ROBERT BOSCH GmbH (Germany), MOELLER & DEVICON (Denmark), TOFFLON (China), CEPA (Germany), BLEYMEHL (Germany).

Our technicians not only carry out diagnostics of equipment performance, equipment repair and updating of equipment under the terms of the customer, but also perform supervision works, startup of equipment, provide maintenance staff training at production sites of the customer.

We provide warranty service from 6 to 12 months on equipment supplied by our company. In case of malfunction of machinery, the service department engineers are ready to go to the customer’s enterprise on a tight schedule to identify and troubleshoot the malfunction arisen, and to give technical advice.

Moreover, our company provides enterprises with necessary spare parts and components of the delivered equipment, finds optimal solutions on selection of necessary parts and materials or their analogues in Russia, as well as abroad.
